    Create account + set your goal

    Onboarding asks for age, weight, goal (weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain) and activity level. Smak calculates your calorie and macro budget using Mifflin-St Jeor. Takes 2 minutes.

    Pick your grocery store

    Smak supports 2,725 stores across seven chains: ICA, Coop, Willys, Hemköp, City Gross, Lidl and Costco — all with live campaign integration. Pick your primary store to get this week's deals baked into your meal plan.

  3. Step 3

    Ask the sous-chef for a weekly menu

    Type 'create weekly menu' in the chat — the AI builds 7 days of recipes that match your goals, allergies and your store's campaigns. You can adjust with 'swap Wednesday for fish' or 'more protein on Thursday' directly in the conversation.

  4. Step 4

    Shopping list that works offline

    Smak aggregates the week's recipes into a categorized shopping list, optimized for your store's layout. The list works offline — perfect when you're in the store without WiFi.

  5. Step 5

    Log meals with photo or text

    Had lunch outside the plan? Snap the receipt or the food — the AI recognizes ingredients and logs calories + macros. You see immediately how the day tracks against your goal.

  6. Step 6

    Track progress and adjust

    Weight curves, macro balance and campaign savings appear under My account. Smak recalculates your goals automatically as your weight changes — so weekly menus stay calibrated.
