1. Service Description
Smaklig ("the Service") is an AI-driven meal planning app that generates recipes, weekly menus, shopping lists, and training programs based on the user's profile, food preferences, and current store campaigns. The Service is provided by Alexander Eriksson ("we", "us").
2. AI-Generated Content
Recipes, nutritional values, and training programs are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude, Anthropic). AI-generated content is intended as inspiration and guidance, not medical, dietitian, or health advice. Nutritional values are estimates.
3. Allergies and Food Intolerance
Smaklig filters out ingredients matching your stated allergies, but AI-generated recipes may contain errors. You are always responsible for verifying all ingredients against your allergies before cooking. For serious allergies, always consult a registered dietitian or doctor.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for health effects, allergic reactions, financial losses, or other damages arising from the use of AI-generated recipes, nutritional values, or training programs.
5. Account and Usage
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm other users.
6. Changes
We may modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in the app.
7. Jurisdiction
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved in Swedish courts.
