  • 250 gGreek yoghurt 0%
  • 200 gcucumber
  • 1 mskolive oil
  • 2 klyftorgarlic
  • 0.5 stlemon (juice)
  • 1 tskoregano
  • 150 gromaine lettuce
  • 100 gradishes

How to make it

  1. 1

Marinate the chicken fillets in freshly squeezed lemon juice, half the olive oil, dried oregano, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Coarsely grate the cucumber for the tzatziki. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible with your hands or through a sieve.

  4. 4

Grill the chicken over a medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes per side until the core temperature reaches 72 degrees.

  5. 5

Shred the romaine lettuce and thinly slice the radishes and red onion.

  6. 6

Slice the grilled chicken and serve with the creamy tzatziki and the fresh salad.

Kitchen tips

  • Let the grated cucumber drain well with a little salt in a sieve so your tzatziki is extra creamy rather than watery.
  • Grill some lemon slices alongside the chicken for a lovely caramelised tang when serving.
